Datewithamate is a social networking site that provides free dating service to people who wish to go on a date, and in addition to one on one it also supports double dating, so both bring a friend along. In case of double dating both date and mate of same gender and sexual orientation will register to the site together by entering their email addresses and both of them use the same member ID and password to login to their common account. The site also has various social networking tools to help people connect with each other via blogs, messaging, chats and forum discussions. Another unique feature in the site is its "Going Abroad" feature which enables the users who are travelling abroad/on holiday, to put in the place they will be traveling to and on what dates. The member will then appear on the search results for that city.
